Session Payment & Cancellations:
The small cost to book in at a Life Learners Base Session goes towards the group’s venue costs, consumables, other expenses
and to continue growing the groups supplies/equipment.
Bank transfer is offered for session payments to keep session fees as low as possible.
Once you have made your booking an invoice will be emailed to you which includes details for making payment.
IMPORTANT! Check your spam or promotions folder!
If you do not received an email with payment details please get in touch as soon as possible.
Use the invoice/ order number as reference in your bank transfer payment - this ensures we can find your payment.
If payment is not received for your booking after 48 hours or by 5pm on the Monday before your booked session
your booking will be cancelled. If there is a waitlist the website will automatically offer the booking to the next interested person.
Nonpayment of a booking without discussing with the coordinator could result in future bookings being turned away.
Life Learners sessions are run voluntarily and this creates extra work.
Cancellations/ Refunds for sessions:
Thursday sessions cannot be refunded after the Monday before the session you have booked as equipment will have already been packed, supplies bought and roles finalized.
These guidelines can change at the coordinator's discretion.
