Service Description
Recommended 8 years + (younger children will need an adult actively assisting them) This workshop takes 2 time slots as below: 11am - 12pm (workshop time) 12 - 12.45pm (Lunch) 12.45pm - 1.45pm (workshop time) STICHED! Is a space where youth can work on projects that build skills with sewing, crochet, knitting, beading and more. The environment allows youth to work at their own pace with the space operating weekly and no pressure to finish as projects getting worked on which can get stored until the next session. Youth will learn perseverance, patience through ensuring a project is finished before moving onto the next one and gradual skill building with our tiered projects to choose from. More experienced youth can work on individual projects or one of our challenges once they have shown proficiency.
