Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds

Cancellations: All Life Learners outings, sessions, workshops, camps and classes will have a cancellation date on the event booking page. Any cancellations after these dates unfortunately mean payment cannot be refunded.

If the hosting company for the event cancels or there are conditions that mean we cannot run the event a postponement date will be offered. You can accept this or cancel your booking.

 

Transferring/ Selling: just get in touch once you have finalized this with the person and email us their details for transferring the booking. The Life Learners Facebook Chat can be used for this. Read more HERE

 

Gifting: If you are unwell or unable to attend and wish to gift your booking please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavor to give it to a family. This is often very appreciated by families who were unable to otherwise attend. Read more HERE

 

Not showing up to the event you have booked:

There is no refunds or credits for no shows

 

Changing your booking date: Bookings can be changed up until the cancellation date. All booking date transfers that are changed require a refund to rebook and so are less the payment processing fee.
